Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is reportedly filing for divorce from her husband Courtland Rogers on April 24. She has been waiting the required year before she was able to file.
Evans and Rogers were married back in December 2012. Their marriage started getting rocky a few months after they were wed when they were both arrested for heroin possession.
Rogers had been incarcerated several more times for various charges since their arrest for heroin possession. During that time Evans has fulfilled the year long separation requirement set by the state of North Carolina. Evans allegedly hopes to divorce Rogers so she can then marry her new boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, who is the father of her child.
